I have completed my Ph.D. degree in Immunology under the mentorship of Prof. Behzad Baradaran, Department of Immunology, Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Tabriz Iran.
My Ph.D. dissertation focused on understanding the effect of STAT3 inhibitor, STA-21 in combination with All-Trans Retinoic Acid (ATRA) on EAE mouse model of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Moreover, during last 10 years, I have written several research and review papers on the role of cytokines and their signaling pathways in cancer and autoimmune diseases.
Studying medical Immunology for a Ph.D. degree and working for over 12 years in research and diagnostic laboratories has exposed me to laboratory skills that have improved my knowledge of expert laboratory techniques including developing mouse models of MS, Real-Time PCR, ELISA, western blotting, animal cell culture technologies, flow cytometry, H&E staining, LFB staining, and different computer skills and data analysis.
